With successful engineering design for HZ25-8 DP floatover project, CNOOC Shenzhen contracted OTL for the development of a detailed floatover installation technical manual. The technical manual included the following contents:

· Vessel hydrodynamic analysis
· Mooring system design basic theories
· Dynamic positioning (DP) system techniques and theories
· Multi-body coupled analysis method
· Floatover design methods
· Metocean conditions for floatover operations
· Load-out analysis
· Transportation analysis
· Mooring and position keeping analysis methods
· Floatover model testing techniques

OTL successfully delivered the floatover installation technical manual in 2014.
