OTL is proud to be involved in this milestone project for the Mexican offshore industry- the first successful floatover installation achieved in the Gulf of Mexico.

OTL was contracted by client PEMEX to perform a verification of the floatover and installation design and operation, including a review of the design and operational documents. A team of OTL lead representatives visited the Dragados yard for an on-site floatover readiness inspection, and OTL's Chief Naval Architect Dr. Alex Ran went offshore to witness the floatover, and to provide technical support during the installation process.
