OTL's Malaysian subsidiary, OTM, has been awarded licenses from Petronas to perform engineering services related to various floating, mobile and fixed offshore facilities, covering services including drafting, concept development, engineering, etc. This will enable OTM and OTL to directly participate in the competitive offshore engineering market in Malaysia.
