OTL has successfully completed the project of compiling the FSO/FPSO Conversion Manual and Guideline Development for Petronas Carigali SDN BHD (PCSB). The Manual and Guideline covers the contents of FSO/FPSO vessel selection, engineering, construction, and classification. The document handover ceremony was held at the Hotel Royal Chulan with several of Petronas' high-ranking officers in attendance. A workshop of FSO/FPSO conversion between OTL and PCSB was held at Petronas' Leadership Center at Bangi, Indonesia.
