An OTL delegation, consisting of Mr. Jim Li (OTL's CEO), Dr. Wei Ye (OTL's COO) and Ms. Yiyi Liu (OTC's Sales and Marketing lead), visited Sany in the city of Changsha, in Hunan Province, China. Mr. Liang Wengen (Chairman of Sany), Mr. Tang Xiuguo (President of Sany), and other Sany board members and associate directors met with OTL's delegation and discussed strategy for Sany to enter into the international offshore industry, as well as potential cooperation between Sany and OTL.
