Bhd.), an associate company located in the bustling and continuously growing Kuala Lumpur metropolitan area. OTM will be headed by General Manager Azlan Muhamad, a 15-year industry veteran with diverse experience in project management, maintenance management, business improvement, as well as sales and marketing development.  He has expanded his business acumen and international contacts from Italy, China, Central Asia, the USA, the UK, and the Russian Federation. With the addition of this experienced professional in the oil and gas industry, OTL is hopeful for further business growth and market penetration in Asia and the Pacific Rim.
