Joined an international consortium and under a major US fabricator, OTL has participated official bidding of a major US offshore wind farm. The consortium has passed the first round of the bidding and enter into the second round, with FEED level of engineering to be completed and firm price to be quoted. The wind farm Employer conducted an official kick-off of the R2 bidding process and answered questions from parties of the consortium.
