OTL president Jim Li, together with OTC marketing lead Steven Guo, visited CCCC International Shipping Co. at Tianjin, China. CCCC-ISC is a renown international transportation contractor and owns three semi-submersible vessels and multiple tugs and barges. Through constructive discussions, both parties agreed to form alliance to work on acquisition and execution of international transportation projects.
