On April 16th, OTL received a signed Letter of Completion from Dragados Offshore Mexico, marking the official acknowledgment of the completion of the Tekel-A deepwater jacket design project.
OTL is proud to have successfully performed the challenging larger jacket design, which will be used in Mexican waters in the Gulf. We hope this field will be safely and successfully developed by our clients Dragados and PEMEX.
