TLP FEED and Detailed Design

Client: TMH (Technip MHB Hull Engineering)

Date of Completion: FEED completed in June 2012, Detailed Design ongoing

SOW and Facts: OTL signed multiple contracts to support the client's engineering department in hull/mooring design during the FEED and Detailed Design phases. This project involved extensive international cooperation with productive and successful results. Under their leadership, OTL made critical contributions to the engineering process, including work on the following-

    • Mooring (Tendons)

    • Fatigue (wave-induced, VIV, and installation)
    • Installation (free-hang and free-standing)

Additionally, OTL participated in the Detailed Design process for Secondary Steel, Outfitting, Appurtenances, and Local Fatigue for the hull as well as Load-out for the Pre-Services phase.
